Looking for the natural networker with strong relationship building skills.  High energy, attention to detail and great work ethic will help you to excel in this position. Listing specialists will prospect and conduct lead generation activities to secure new listing appointments.  Quickly respond to seller leads and convert into listings appointments.  Manage leads by setting and completing tasks and track all client communications.  Prepare listing presentations, conduct appointments converting into listing agreements.  Communicate with clients, team members and all third parties including vendors to make sure clients' needs are met.  Educate clients and lead them through the sales process by answering questions about the current real estate market conditions, transaction process, sales agreement and terms of the sale.


The instinctive helper with the keen ability to solve problems.  Well organized and manages time well. Buyers specialists will work with multiple buyers at a time building relationships and prioritizing tasks.  Responds to buyers leads in a timely manner, consistently follows up to set appointments. Manage leads by setting and completing tasks and track all client communications. Prepare buyers presentations, conduct appointments, converting into buyer's brokerage agreements. Identify homes that meet client's search criteria, schedule showings, attend showings and assist clients refine search criteria.  Stay abreast of market trends and develop knowledge of local area and neighborhoods of interest to the client.  Draft and submit offers on behalf of the client, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the transaction through the close.
